The state of California has called me for “Jury Duty”. Apparently they are only looking at the DMV who has signed in there and make no comparison from which country they are.

Obviously it is hard for them to get people, who want to do this kind of bad paid “volunteer job”. You only need to speak English, the made it very easy by saying, that a bit is good enough. Another thing is, that you have to be a US citizen. So I was disqualified not even by my bad English but with the “wrong” nationality.
Cancelling can be made online. Logging in with the number on the letter, then they please you to log out if you are not the person whose name is showing up then.
After a confusing menu I found the right option to disqualify myself.

I am a bit sad about it, it could have been a new interesting experience.
